Franchise Sales Representative
Multiple Regions - UK Wide

 NOTE: This role is a high commission based role, paying 500 GBP per successful lead conversion. This role will suit someone currently in education and part/full time employment.

The Opportunity:

Dallas Chicken & Pizza, a Nationwide fast-food franchise, is recruiting for a Franchise Sales Representative across the UK. You will be directly reporting to the Operations Director/Managing Director.

This role will suit someone seeking a challenge who is already in employment or currently in education, a confident communicator, self-motivated and able to manage their own pipeline in a target-driven environment.

The opportunity will suit individuals with experience in sales. It is also ideal for ambitious students or professionals looking for flexible, commission-based earning potential.

Typical day-to-day tasks will involve:

Prospecting: Identify and approach potential franchise partners in your area, including chicken shops and other takeaway business owners. Introduce them to the Dallas Chicken & Pizza franchise opportunity and convince them of the benefits of converting their business to a Dallas franchise.
Franchise Outreach: Visit chicken shops and takeaway businesses in your local area to speak directly with the owner or decision-maker. Your main goal is to introduce the Dallas Chicken & Pizza franchise opportunity and arrange a call between the shop owner and the Dallas head office team.
Pipeline Management: Keep a list of all the business owners you speak to, update our centralised Google Sheet regularly, and clearly record every conversation and follow-up.
Market Research: Look for busy areas near you such as petrol stations, service stations, train stations and food concession spaces where a Dallas Chicken & Pizza franchise could do well. Record any good locations you find.
Working with Head Office: Pass interested business owners to the Dallas team and make sure all details are shared clearly so the call can be arranged smoothly.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Confidence in approaching business owners
  • Comfortable with Google sheets
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify promising business opportunities
  • Target-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Organisation and follow-up discipline
